Canedra Darby, a young black entrepreneur and the local franchise owner of the new charcuterie store, was born and raised in Jacksonville where the community nurtured her love for fellowship and passion for people. Fueled by her positive energy and optimism, Darby is excited to use the business acumen and leadership skills she developed during her 20-year tenure as a pharmacy manager to engage with locals in a new way. Her goal is to help everyone celebrate everything with beautiful charcuterie boards and boxes.“My nickname is Sunshine. It describes me best because I always have a lot of energy and greet people with a big smile,” said Darby. “It is no secret that food brings people together. As the owner of Graze Craze, I am afforded the opportunity to merge two things I love most together – people and food.”
