I believe having connection with nature is essential for the enrichment and wellbeing of our life. It leads to a more satiated life, regulates our nervous system, and brings us back to our simplest forms of human existence. It holds all the knowledge that we find ourselves constantly searching for. It reminds us to slow down and jolts us back into awakening, raw self awareness. It reminds us of how small we are, yet every living thing has an interconnected and crucial relationship to one another. I inspire people through personal experience, hands-on learning, and storytelling through adventure and education.
