Hello! My name is Laura Poorman.I have a little two acre property in North Florida and spend a lot of time in the garden to keep me at peace. Slow living best describes my wellness strategy. Daily movement of the body, moments of rest for the mind, time of reflection for the soul. Meandering through the property in nature each evening releases any stress from the day.
