I am a fully qualified psychotherapist who specialises in hypnotherapy and meditation techniques. It can be used to reduce stress and anxiety, improve health, or achieve spiritual enlightenment. Many members of the medical profession are recommending meditation to help overworked, overstressed or anxious patients.The workshop sessions involve breathwork and visualisation. It is a safe practice and I lead the sessions through a narrative to help you have moments of time just for yourself, to teach you techniques and support materials that you can use at home and, most of all, to give you (and your brain) time out!
