Alexandra is a Yoga teacher, Reiki therapist, and Ayurvedic massages therapist. But most of all she is a student of Life, striving to apply healthy routines, and be of service to others. Through her practice - her Sadhana -, she works towards spiritual alignment and promotes well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.Alexandra moved to Canada in September 2020. Practicing yoga has shined a light on many areas of her life; she feels more connected to her Truth, more in line with herself. She wants to share this practice and help you find your way.She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin classes.
