Astarte Mind & Body studio was founded in 2008 as a holistic mind body centre with a focus on mind body fitness, wellbeing, and creative pursuit.The studio currently operates primarily online as a mind body fitness and dance education portal, as well as offering specialty workshops in fitness, dance, wellbeing, and creative and visual arts.Your host, Kylie, is a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness, Leader, Pilates and Barre Teacher with over 20 years industry experience. She is also an experienced dancer, performer and teacher, certified in Keti Sharif's A-Z Bellydane methodology, and holds a Bachelor of Art Education from UNSW.
