As a transformational coach, member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I specifically support individuals, who feel a need for change but lack clarity on a path forward. By partnering with me, they reconnect with their inner wisdom and feel empowered to assess paths not explored before and make the decisions, no longer fearing the unknown of what the future may hold.Throughout my life and career, I have been in this place of stuckness, and at times crossroads. I feared the unknown, tempted by the familiar and comfortable. To come out of the treadmill, I relied on my experience, intuition, the support of mentors, coaches, guides and specific modalities which I now use to support others in their journey as an Earth Medicine Guide & Facilitator. These modalities include but are not limited to Classical and Intentional Feng Shui, Ancestral Healing & Family Constellations, Flower Essences, Essential Oils and other Nature Based tools.I am here to support your journey using the following philosophy and values:- I have a heart centered and holistic approach focused on authenticity, empathy, non-judgement, and intuition,- I hold a safe, trusting and confidential space for your exploration of topics,- I partner with you to uncover the tools and solutions, I believe you have, to support you.A bit about me personally- Born and raised in France from Portuguese parents, I came to Ireland in 2004 to complete a PhD in Carbohydrate Chemistry. I fell in love with the Land and decided to stay. I now live in Wicklow with my partner Jim, our son Samuel and our dog Yoda.- I worked in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry for >15 years through different roles so I understand that environment.- I am passionate about learning and I constantly look for ways to grow and develop as a human being.- I have a deep connection to Earth-based practices, which supported me throughout my life/career, and of which I am a qualified practitioner.For example,- Feng Shui supported me in reconnecting to my house and ensuring that it was balanced. Applying its principles led me to new career adventures and a loving/caring partner.- Family Constellations allowed me to explore patterns in my family which were affecting my life, resolve and let them go.- Flower Essences were an essential tool when my mother passed away, and I was in a transition career-wise.- I believe that all of us can grow and learn at any stage of our lives once we are supported and have the courage to look at what’s preventing us from moving forward.
