LAGOSTECH is a Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions research project, led by Dr. Davide Casciano at KU Leuven University in Belgium, in collaboration with Professor Katrien Pype (KU Leuven) and Professor Jan English-Lueck (San José State University, USA). LAGOSTECH uses an ethnographic approach and theories from Social and Cultural Anthropology, STS studies, and History to understand the local dynamics of technology adoption and innovation, moving beyond Western-centric narratives to highlight grassroots processes and community perspectives.
