Arts & Homelessness International works to bring positive change to people, projects and policy in homelessness through arts and creativity. Engagement with creativity can increase people’s wellbeing, agency, resilience and skills, enabling people to thrive not just survive. Our vision is a world in which creativity is an integral part of homelessness and people who are or have been homeless are an intrinsic part of the arts.We focus on connecting and strengthening projects and advocating for arts to be part of homelessness support and policy. We do this through international exchanges, events, research and training. Co-production is at the heart of everything we do: 50% of our board and staff are or have been homeless themselves.
