With facilities in Yucca Valley and in Joshua Tree, California, for over a half century the Hi-Desert Cultural Center has served as the regional performing and visual arts center for the gateway communities of Joshua Tree National Park. The Cultural Center operates its own performance venues and produces live theater, concerts, art exhibitions, festivals, the Joshua Tree Philharmonic symphony orchestra, an extensive educational arts and technology program for youth and adults, a Film Institute, a Dance Conservatory, and more.
