Hi! My name is Vienna, my spiritual name is Parashakti, I'm a 200-hr certified Integral Hatha Yoga instructor with over 2 years of teaching experience at Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville. After receiving my training in Spring of 2022, I lived at Satchidananda Ashram for the next 2.5 years teaching Hatha Yoga and participating in regular spiritual practices such as meditation, kirtan and puja. After relocating to the Boston area I'm excited to share classical Yoga instruction and techniques including pranayama (breath control) and meditation with my Boston community.
