Are you looking for a moment to be outside, connecting with your body, mind and soul? In my outdoor yoga classes we combine movement with breath, flowing from one pose into another. Through conscious movement we can improve the relationship we have with our body, calm the mind and connect with deeper layers of our inner self. Working on this connection helps us become more compassionate, happy beings.My classes are dynamic and suitable for all levels. Besides movement, we practice meditation, breathing and yoga philosophy.Please bring your own mat.
