Equilibrium Total Body Wellness is a Black-women-owned fitness studio. We aim to connect the mind and body with intentional movement that inspires total body wellness. Our diverse and supportive community offers a range of classes, including pole dance, aerial and traditional yoga, pilates, combat sports, and dance fitness. In addition to these disciplines, we strive to inspire holistic wellness by offering massage therapy and other mental health services. We've built a welcoming environment where *every* body is celebrated. We've dedicated ourselves to helping individuals find their equilibrium, strength, and resilience, ultimately transforming lives one movement at a time.
