Cat is the owner of Country Bird Bakery in Tulsa, OK. She is formerly the pastry chef and baker at Farm Bar as well as the sous chef and bread/pastry wizard at Living Kitchen Farm and Dairy. She is obsessed with all things fermentation, most notably sourdough bread.
