Alexis Wisniewski is the Founder and Lead Educator at We RISE Yoga. She founded the company based on the premise that through physical movement, breathwork, and mindful meditation practices, individuals not only heal and transform their physical body, but also their entire inner physiology, from central nervous system activity to the structure of the brain. Since the inception of WE RISE Yoga in 2017, every single training course has sold out! Alexis is well educated in the field of yoga research, and somatic practices to heal the nervous system. She teaches primarily in drug and alcohol recovery and behavioral health centers. She is also an adjunct instructor for UNLV and teaches clinical professional how to bring these practices into the clinical setting.
