We offer a serene place to disconnect from the outside world and connect to the world within. A place to take time for you, for self -inquiry and self -discovery. Where magic happens and you feel safe and at home.Bombay Room Yoga is a boutique yoga studio in East Fort Lauderdale, just north of Oakland Park Blvd off of A1A. We are a non-heated yoga studio, providing classes 7 days a week. We offer a wide variety of class styles including: Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Restorative, and Beginners.We provide an in-depth experience with each of our classes that takes you beyond the physical and incorporates the heart of yoga through loving awareness of ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We utilize Patanjali’s 8 limbed path of yoga and apply these principles to our practices creating real transformation in our lives.Along with a standard of excellent instruction, we aim to create an environment in which each student feels welcomed and remembered as they enter, and relaxed, refreshed and invigorated as they leave.
