Growth Works is a private, non-profit organization serving youth and families in Western Wayne County since 1971. Since its founding, the agency has continued to design innovative programs to meet the needs and challenges of the community. Our programs are:Family Services:Youth Counselling, School-Based Programs and Supervised Parenting and Visitation services.Chemical Dependency and Substance Abuse:Substance Abuse Education and Assessment, Adolescent and Adult Chemical Dependency Outpatient Services and Aftercare and Residential Treatment are geared to assist adolescents and adults in ending their use of alcohol and mood altering drugs and to develop a commitment to recovery.The Western Wayne County Care Management Organization provides case management services for adjudicated youth in western Wayne County Michigan.
