We are a thriving triathlon club based in Mid Sussex. We include all levels of triathlete in our ranks from those training for their first event to athletes competing at GB age group level. We are proud of our inclusive policies, supporting age groups from 16 up to 70's, exceptional para-triathletes and one of the highest ratios of female membership in the country.Our team of BTF qualified coaches run our year round indoor swim, cycle and run training sessions, primarily in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. In the summer we also offer open water swimming sessions at Ardingly Reservoir which have proved very popular with our members.We are affiliated with the BTF (British Triathlon Federation) and hold a current BTF Trimark accreditation enabling us to run yearly events. Our Mid Sussex Triathlon is a sprint Triathlon and Aquabike event open to the public. We also run Duathlon and Triathlon events for our members and invited guests. We also have an affiliation with IronMan, providing our members with priority access to their events which are often very fast to sell out.If you're thinking about giving triathlon a go then come along to one of our Thursday training sessions. We're a social bunch and love introducing new people to the sport and helping them to start their own multi-sport adventure!
