Haidong Gumdo® made its grand appearance in Europe during October 2000, and it has been growing in popularity ever since. This traditional Korean Sword martial art has successfully expanded to more than 20 countries, each one embracing it with open arms. In 2014, the United Kingdom became a part of this journey, with National Leader Master Harry Limer spearheading the effort, which has led to steady growth.To support its growing UK fan base, Haidong Gumdo® now has Dojangs spread across Cheltenham, Edinburgh, Leicester, and Worcester. The latest addition, set to open in 2023, will be in the Midlands.
