Andrea Shorey, CAHC, LMT, E-RYT 500Andrea has been practicing yoga since 2014, initially to reduce stress and anxiety. She quickly fell in love with the yogic path, completing her advanced teacher training in 2021. Andrea has a holistic whole-body approach to movement and wellness on and off the mat. Andrea has a way of breaking down walls, keeping it real, with grace and compassion. You will usually find Andrea with her French Bulldog at the studio playing in the aerial silks.
