Hi, I’m a holistic practitioner dedicated to helping people move through anxiety and emotional overwhelm by reconnecting with the wisdom of the body.My work blends somatic therapy, energy healing, and biofield tuning to support deep, sustainable nervous system regulation. I believe anxiety isn’t just “in your head” — it lives in the body, in your energy field, and in the patterns we’ve carried for years. And the good news? It can shift.With 20 years of experience in the wellness and healing space, I’ve guided individuals through practices that integrate both science and intuition.
