Louise is a dedicated yoga practitioner and an enthusiastic yoga teacher, who is excitedto guide others through the magic of a yoga practice. Louise has a love for movement,mindfulness and self-discovery and believes that yoga is a path to inner and outeralignment.Louise's journey with yoga began initially as a quest for physical balance. Over the yearsas her practice deepened she realised the mental benefits her practice was bringing toher life. This deepened her love for this ancient practice and prompted her to begin hertraining to share it with others.In addition to completing a Yoga Alliance accredited 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training,Louise has also completed over 100 hours of Katonah Yoga training, both in Ireland andabroad, including training with renowned international teachers such as Abbie Galvinand Dages Juvelier Keates.A perennial student, Louise loves to immerse herself in the study of yoga, breathwork,and other body work including anatomy of movement and somatic awareness.When Louise isn’t practicing or reading about yoga she loves to get into the wildness ofgreat nature and can be found climbing mountains and wild swimming whenever theopportunity arises.
