I know that it can be nerve wracking attending a group that you haven’t been to before, so a little about me. I'm a Nutritionist (BSc) and aStress Management Trainer (Dip) who worked in public health for many years before setting up my own practice. I’ve also been challenged with my own health issues (see https://www.stresslessliving.co.uk/my-journey-on-from-illness-with-compassion-and-love/).All of this means that whilst I do all I can to enjoy the bliss that is good health, I also understand from a personal perspective how arduous the health journey can be.
