My Innerdance journey began in 2017, when I embarked on my own path of deep self-discovery. Since then, I’ve facilitated workshops and trainings across Europe and Asia, working closely with Pi Villaraza, the founder of Innerdance.Innerdance has been a profound gateway for me, allowing me to recognize my patterns and belief systems, while creating a space for me to rediscover my own truth. As I reconnected with parts of myself that had been repressed, I found a new sense of integrity, and this led me to support others in remembering their wholeness.After seven years of nomadic life, I now follow my heart in bringing Innerdance to wherever I am called.In my sessions, participants are guided through an immersive experience of sound, movement, and energy work in a safe and supportive environment.
