The 10K is single loop course with some fabulous trails, a few little climbs some stream crossings. The start & registration are in the grounds of the venue.

• Registration takes place at the start line in the grounds of the venue

Age Requirements

• All entrants must be 16 and older on race day to enter the event

• Mass start (unless less new government guidelines prevent it)

• Medals for all finishers

• Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd men’s & women’s winners
• 1st prize men & women - includes a sports massage kindly donated by Ocean Physio+Rehab
• Toilets on site and water filling station

• Male & female changing rooms and shower facilities

• Free Parking - please car share - spaces limited
