Lisa is a physical therapist by trade but being a dancer and an Xtreme Hip Hop Fitness instructor is her passion.She received her formal dance training at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, and became a Certified Xtreme Hip Hop Step Fitness Instructor in January of 2021 to help change lives one step at a time.Her mission is to bring health and wellness to various communities and have fun while doing it by using music that reflects the beauty and culture of the Diaspora.She is a community service advocate and partnered with various organizations to bring awareness to help find a cure for diseases like Lupus and breast cancer by #steppingwithapurpose.Fun fact: Rumor has it that she makes a mean Mac & Cheese and someone once offered to pay for her ceviche . She’s a #fitfoodie
