Mental health has been a life-long passion for Neena and she has made it her mission to make mental health principles understandable and applicable to her audiences. Neena has a Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Family Life, and an Educational Specialist degree in School Pyschology. Alongside her national certification as a mental health professional, Neena is a wife of 17 years and mother to four children ages 15 down to 8, and has been a successful, home-based entrepreneur over the last 14 years. Over the last 15 years she has dedicated herself to holistic living and sharing lifestyle-related content in that field, and has expanded her mission and message to the online space. She’s currently a mindset mentor, podcaster, business coach, international speaker and trainer, wellness and beauty educator, yoga and breathwork instructor, and entrepreneur on a mission is to help mothers be well, in all areas of their lives. She enjoys mindfulness practices, being joyfully active, and music performance. She’s always down for a dance party or late night chat. As a keen listener and educator, she’s the best friend you always wished you had.
