Hi everonye! I'm Alessandra, Italian by origins and adopted by Switzerland since the year 2009! I am an events organizer at heart, and I love many things: food, restaurants, travelling, reading, writing and dancing. This last is truly my "therapeutical" self-care technique.Since the year 2017 I have created my own start-up, named FindYourWay Coaching. I dedicate myself to two main audiences:- For companies, I act as a mental wellbeing strategist. From A to Z, no matter where you are in your employees' mental health assistance program. I work at the intersection of communication and mental wellbeing. I believe the power of speaking up influences our mental health too much: and this is where I am an advocate for non-violent communication and mental health ambassadors- For individuals, I create communication trainings on the topic of self-esteem, assertiveness and authentic communication.The type of events that I host are based either on mental wellbeing topics (stress, time, boundaries, self-care) but also on authentic communication.I hold the events mostly online, but check-out a few of my in person ones too!I'm not on the most popular social media, but me and my company we are indeed on Linkedin!
