Art for me has been a creative expression of my senses, emotions, and dreams since I was a child. I have always found the beauty in nature and for me transforming those visions through my creations has always been a way for me to hold on to those memories. Throughout my years I have expanded my creative experiences utilizing any surface I could get my hands on. Self-expression is a release of emotions and a therapeutic journey. I not only enjoy creating pieces of work for my own pleasure, but I love watching and teaching others to do the same. Art is not perfect, it can be messy and with each different style and technique you try and learn you are creating something that comes from your soul. The art world is diverse and it’s an ever changing journey within you that is your own artistic voice. I love that with each new piece I create I am drawing from inspiration within my own life experiences.Some examples in my art portfolio include oil paintings, charcoal, large scale murals both inside and outside, painting on different metal surfaces, customizing shoes, custom tattoo artwork, glass works, to the simplicity of rock painting. For me part of the artwork is listening to the desires of a client and then watching their expressions as their vision unfolds before their eyes. One of my newest pleasures is doing paint nights where I can teach a group how to paint a themed image and then watch how different they all turn out based on the techniques that each individual person uses in their piece.
