Progressive Motion Physiotherapy has been working on a big initiative in the past year. From years of experiencing close-mindedness in the health and wellness space and a lack of collaboration between industries, we decided enough is enough. We want to cultivate an environment in the Bay Area for health and wellness professionals to continuously learn from one another, refer to each other to help clients achieve their wellness goals, and build stronger relationships with like-minded individuals.That’s why we created the Motion Collab.The Motion Collab is a series of networking and education events that take place every other month designed to enable health and wellness professionals to grow professionally and personally. At every Motion Collab event, we coordinate an education or value-based session so every individual in attendance can walk away at the end of the event knowing they learned something new. Some of these sessions have included a leadership discussion with Lululemon, an operational rigor entrepreneurial lesson with a business scaling expert, and a fireside chat with movement experts on the importance of collaboration with other industries. Every event also includes a networking opportunity for attendees to dive deeper into the topic of the evening with their peers and to foster new or existing relationships.The goal of the Motion Collab is to break barriers and disrupt the current standard of the healthcare space. But we can’t achieve this goal alone! We’re eager to collaborate with individuals and organizations who resonate with our sentiments and our ready to change the standard. Will you join us?
