Their talent and passion has lead them to joining an active group that works well together to help leverage your strengths and grow your business. The board volunteers over 500 hours per year. This is a testament to their commitment and that of their employers who have graciously encouraged and supported them.The mission of Northstate SHRM is to engage and enlighten the HR professional and promote positive recognition of the HR community. Over the years, dedicated volunteer board members have worked to increase our visibility as a leader in Human Resources for northern California. In 2010 we increased our outreach to include members from Chico, Eureka and Mt. Shasta. We currently have over 180 members and we are building our membership each month with business owners, managers, HR and Office professionals that want to learn and be part of a growth and development group.What does Northstate SHRM offer our members?We are so glad you ask.
