Yoga-Light was founded by Ceri Lee in 2012 to help you on your journey towards good health in body and mind through the empowering practice of yoga and Reiki healing. Having taught yoga professionally and run global retreats as her main profession for over 25 years, in 2018 she opened the Yoga Light Centre in Ruthin, North Wales an independent yoga studio and holistic hub with guest accommodation. Here is a beautiful sanctuary and ideal space for anyone seeking natural, healthy lifestyle practices, with further opportunity to retreat in the beautiful guest accommodation and work personally with Ceri on deep healing and transformational growth.Ceri specialises in the breath, the energy body, yoga in menopause, and women's circles. She runs midlife mentorship programs locally, online, and on retreat, enabling women to successfully navigate midlife, create optimum health, and come into their power with joy. She is the regular yoga feature contributor for the UK printed and digital nationally acclaimed Menopause Matters magazine, where she shares her expert yoga knowledge and practical ways to support the body in menopause.
