In a world where most adult running groups focus on jogging or slow-paced / long-distance running, Sprint Club is here to bring back the exhilaration of sprinting for fun like when you were a kid.This group is all about the excitement of running fast—whether you're a seasoned sprinter or just curious to see how it feels to push your limits. We welcome all speeds, so whether you're lightning fast or just want an excuse to see if your legs can still run, you're in great company. The focus is on running as fast you want, having fun, and making friends.We'll do some light stretching to warm up and help prevent injuries, ensuring everyone can have fun without any setbacks. Feel free to do more of your own stretching and set your own limits. We are not responsible for any injuries of course. You do you, and we want you to be safe.
