Hi, I’m Jocelyne. I have had the pleasure of practicing yoga as part of the Oxygen Yoga & Fitness family for many years, attending classes in the New Westminster studio since 2014. Yoga has been such a powerful tool for me to go inward to understand myself better, promote self-healing on many different levels, and grow into the person I am meant to be. The decision to become a certified Yoga Teacher aligns with a commitment I have made to myself to live more fully, with awareness and intention, and with a deep connection between my body, mind and soul.
