I am a Mindfulness Practitioner, fitness tutor/coach andEarly Years Practitioner. I deliver courses and workshops for corporate andcommunity organisations, such as the Ideas Store Learning, East London NHS,Sport In Mind, Sport At The Heart, Brent Carers and further educationestablishments.I teach Pilates, Dancercise, Chairbased exercise, Aerobics, Body Conditioning andMindfulness courses and workshops.I have been in the wellness industry for 32 years. I also have my own companycalled ‘Wellness In Your Box’ that draws upon a metaphor; ‘you’ are the ‘Box’ andencouraged to put wellness inside ‘yourself’ in its various forms.
