My name is Tina Novakova and I am certified meditation and yoga teacher as well as eneregtic life coach and Human Design reader. I specialize on the topic of inner growth and life transformation. They say you need to walk the path to teach it, I have been though so much change and transformation in my life that I could write a book - from growing up in a business focused environment, studying economics to quitting my successful and safe career in real estate to become a meditation teacher and energetic coach. From being a student, dependent to my parents to living in different country and starting a dream business. From goal oriented and explosive mindset to calm, grounded and positive attitude though my own morning routine with the main part in it being my meditation practice, journaling and the study of self-development courses or books​.
