Having grown up in the mountains of Montana, the energy of nature was something I always had abundantly available to me. After earning my BA in Fine Arts at UCLA I began a path of learning how to tap into this energy within myself. This lead me to be come an eastern bodyworks massage therapist, where I learned how the body connects to this energy. I next became a Qigong Instructor, this advanced my practices with energy work. I later be came a Reiki energy Healer, and now a Reiki Master. This all synergized my breath work knowledge into what has made me a BREATH MASTER.I have used my innate ability to tap into the authentic pure potential of my clients, helping them develop confidence in their authentic truth. I love when I see the lights come on when they experience this organic truth. There is no other tool I have found for accessing our authentic truth better than the power of breathwork. The power to tap into our energetic being and raise our vibration.It is this truth that is the foundation of all energy. Since all thoughts are energy and all emotions are magnetic energy, I have developed over time a formula to tap into the frequency of this energy, and tune into the most authentic potentials from an individuals energetic being. The breathing methods I teach lead to liberation of trapped energies and expansion of the mind and energetic being.
