My Leadership Story:Coach is a word that is used often in describing a great leader; developing others to reach their full potential, analyzing performance, providing instruction to enhance skills and unending encouragement to achieve levels once thought impossible.   I had this modeled, taught and encouraged from my first steps through my father.  From the field to the hardwood to the diamond…from my first paper route until the time I left home for the US Air Force, I learned what it meant to be a leader through my first coach.Servant Mentality:What can I do for you ?  Where would you like to grow to ?   How can I help ?   We all are gifted in our own way and when we embrace those gifts and use them for HIS glory…Great Things Happen !!!  I find myself wanting to help everyone reach their potential and equally important their purpose.  Through a disciplined approach I provide a program that will help challenge, encourage and promote growth throughout your company, enhance your day-to-day spiritual walk as well as provide a path to unlock the capacity of your employees, vendors and clients.Everyday the Bible:Sometimes as business owners and leaders we feel as though we must move through different roles during our day.  We may have a board meeting at 9:00 – the bank is coming to discuss our expansion plans at noon and our largest client wants to work with them to provide better pricing on our products as they expand our relationship.  How great would it be to have a resource to lean on to help make our decisions a bit easier ?  Board Meeting - Ephesians 6:18.   Banker - Joshua 1:9.  Prominent Client - Proverbs 3:5.Be inHISWord each day.  Feed your spiritual person and when you are confronted with tough business decisions the answers will be clear to you.Let’s Discuss How to get to“Well Done”
