A workforce that holds us hostage until 5pm, criticizes us for a resume gap, and chastises us for expecting to be paid like our male counterparts.And for decades, we’ve fought to make things more inclusive, more accessible. We realized that instead of improving the status quo, we had to redefine it altogether.At our core, we’re a talent platform, connecting women to roles we believe in at companies we trust.
