Among the offerings include The Astro, an indoor and outdoor music venue, and a 34-acre park.The City Centre is serving not only as the entertainment hub of Sarpy County but is also providing a mixed-use space, including office space opportunities, future hotel accommodations, neighborhood services, restaurants, and Vivere Apartments, a luxury residential community.One of the ways this district stands out from others in the Omaha area is the focus on genuine self-expression. Retailers each have a unique storefront, allowing them to extend their brand and make a distinct footprint. The City Centre is creating an authentic downtown feel, giving the community a place to gather, experience various entertainment acts, and enjoy a variety of cuisines and shops.
