Mothers Who Meditateis dedicated to providing a nurturing space for mothers seeking solace and self-care. Through guided meditation, gentle wake-up support, and light refreshments; our monthly sessions offer healing and connection to self and our community. Please join us as we feature local healers to help you relax and find serenity within. Our sessions will last for 1.5 hours with an optional half hour to connect, snack and socialize.PurposeMWM sessions have been designed to support mothers in our community. We understand that the role of a mother is incredibly demanding, and it can be challenging for them to find time for self-care. Our sessions will provide a tranquil and nurturing space where mothers can come together, practice mindfulness, and engage in meditation.Through these sessions, we aim to:Promote Mental Health: We believe that when mothers take care of their mental well-being, they are better equipped to do their important work in the world.Foster Connection: Our sessions will encourage a sense of community and connection among mothers, allowing them to share their experiences and provide mutual support.Provide Mindfulness Tools: By teaching meditation and self-care techniques, we hope to gift mothers the tools to help manage stress and enhance their overall quality of life.MWM hopes to build community and offer the opportunity to connect with like-minded mothers; all while nurturing your inner well-being.
