Sanative Sanctuary has been curated by Yoga and Wellness Facilitator; Shann Primmer. Her work and programmes are a fusion of teachings accumulated from both her personal and professional lives. With a focus on Yoga, massage, reiki, meditation, breath work, trauma release, ancestral cycle breaking, spiritual guidance, tarot, ceremony, sound healing, naturopathy & wellness products; whatever you’re facing, she hosts an abundance of tools to bring you back in tune.Sanative Sanctuary was born a little over four years ago, as a culmination of acquired energy that is too grand to not be shared with the world. Sanative derives from Latin meaning “to cure” and more modernly translates to being conducive to physical & spiritual health and wellbeing / healing. Sanctuary is a divine place, a safe container of refuge, protection and away from the interference of the world. In this context, Sanative Sanctuary refers to both the healing space provided for you to visit and unravel in, and also, a metaphor for your own body and expereince within it.Over the past 15 years, Shann has been making her way around the wellness industry (and the world, really) slowly, mindfully & intentionally seeking various freedoms from deep pain and collecting vast philosophies, education, techniques, perspectives & alternative healing modalities to apply to her own woundings which have now integrated and become her intuitive toolbelt, now gratefully sharing her wisdoms through her one on one body work sessions, group yoga classes & seasonal retreats in Melbourne.
