I believe that you should taste lovein food, experiencing every bite fully. In 2012 I made the choice to haveweight loss surgery after years of struggling with morbid obesity. Duringthis journey I would become frustrated in the lack of support andresources for “good health food”. I thought that there had to be a way tohave healthy flavorful food, remove the excess butter and fats while stillmaintaining the flavor. This began my journey to recreate the foods Iloved but just make them healthier by using different spice blends. As aweight loss surgery patient, I am passionate about dispelling the myththat healthy food must be boring and bland. I love to challenge each ofmy clients to elevate their palates by making flavor an approachableconcept in your everyday cooking.
