Abhaya Yoga ( Sanskirt for live without fear) was born after I finished my 200hr YTT in 2022. I wanted to bring a sense of a no judgement space, were it doesn't matter if you cant touch your toes or your not bendy enough. Yoga is for everybody, I wanted to create that feeling and turn it into a community!So, welcome to Abhaya Yoga! If you're a beginner yogi or advanced this is the place for you. We pop up in various places and vibe with varieties of Vinyasa, IGNITE ( Somatic and primal dance and movement) , Sculpt, Yin, Sound Bath and so much more!
