I'm a qualified aromatherapist with a passion for plants and all things natural. I love creating products for wellness, pampering and beauty. I want to share my passion and knowledge of natural ingredients and show people how to create natural products for themselves. Some products are extremely simple to make (and very expensive to buy), others are more complicated but they are always very creative, fun and even therapeutic once you know how!The Secret Garden workshop sessions include all ingredients, sustainable packaging and tea/coffee and herbal drinks. Also included is an information booklet which you can take home with recommended ingredient suppliers and the recipes from the day with some variations so you can experiment further at your own leisure.We use essential oils ( a limited number of the safest oils) and a wide variety of ingredients like clay, salts, oils, dried flowers and herbs, eco glitters and so on. I provide information about the therapeutic properties of various ingredients and how they can be used for wellness and beauty.We ask that you let us know if you have any medical conditions, are undergoing any medical treatment or are pregnant or breastfeeding so we can adapt any specific ingredients on the day if necessary.
