We started this group as we wanted to create a community for women. A place for you to connect with other women from the creative or wellbeing world. A space for you to relax, be inspired and to connect with others in a natural setting- one in which we believe will help to enhance both your wellbeing and your business.We wanted to offer an alternative to traditional networking. A less formal way to make new connections, friends and people who you could potentially collaborate with. We wanted to ensure that everyone felt included, heard, and had the opportunity to explore what's important to them. A circle of support for both your professional and personal life. We wanted to create something special which would help you to feel and be at your best, and enjoy working to build your business in a way which feels both nurturing, creative, relaxing but also stimulating and fun.Andrea's business is a creative one with over 20 years experience as a well-being interior design and surface pattern design. Karen, is an Executive Coach and Mentor, who created her business Lifescape to support women in every part of their life. She's also trained in clinical hypnotherapy, stress management, mindfulness and outdoor coaching. She found that taking her coaching conversations and wellbeing sessions outside provided a setting which enhanced the experience for her clients-helping them to gain new perspectives and create more choices for themselves in both their life and their work. That's why we're so excited to work with you in this way. We want to work with women who recognise that taking care of their own wellbeing is essential if they are to make the most of every day, and to enjoy life that little bit more, as they build their business.Evidence shows us that moving our bodies and being out in nature stimulates our brains, assisting our thinking process no end, and sometimes this is just what we need to avoid becoming overwhelmed by the daily challenges of our work/life blend.Meeting likeminded women in a supportive, creative space where we can connect and share ideas, is already leading to some beautiful collaborations, and creating excitement around doing the things we want and need to do to get us to where we want to be. You're more than welcome to join us to find some inspiration, have some fun, and participate in what is already proving to be a positive environment for our own wellbeing and for our businesses.
