Through Networking on Purpose, Erika Monaé has been able to donate money to nonprofits to advance their mission, create a safe place for professionals to learn and connect, and give people permission to show up as themselves and not just their job title. Erika Monaé is also the creator of XCELERATE, a strength-based career coaching program for mid-senior career professionals who are ready to take their career to the next level by articulating their value to anyone in any room, and to achieve career success with the social capital gained from their network in 90 days through group coaching that is grounded in curriculum and community.
