Originally from Australia and currently calls London home, Liza Al Sady founded Soul Space Studio in 2022. She spent the past 15 years working in the corporate world feeling stressed, constantly chasing her next deal, overwhelmed and empty.About 6 years ago she started looking into alternative therapies and wellness because she felt it was time, she faced my fears. Liza realised that no amount of partying, money, shopping, alcohol would take away that feeling she constantly had. The only way she can describe this feeling is - like carrying heavy baggage weighing her down every single minute of her life. Baggage that was filled with sadness, anger and darkness taking over her body and life. Along that path of self-discovery, she stumbled on Breathwork and it has forever changed her life.Early this year she was appointed as Head of Well-being for the largest Education Recruitment Agency in the UK and brought in breathwork, meditation and mindfulness across London and 9 regional offices. It was MAGICAL for her to watch 'suited and booted' colleagues sit and breathe! They were feeling what she felt with breathwork! It had a profound positive impact throughout the company as staff learnt to use breathwork to manage stress and anxiety in a high-pressured environment. HAPPY HAPPY moment.It completely inspired her and so she jumped ship to start a conscious lifestyle brand where breathwork can reach as many businesses and people as possible. Liza qualified as Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach & Teacher by JP Crimi who is currently leading the world in Breathwork.Soul Space Studio is a conscious brand that focuses on conscious breathing and conscious living.
