May Lwin, a seasoned yoga instructor and mindfulness advocate, has dedicated over a decade to promoting holistic well-being through yoga and meditation. She specializes in Ashtanga Yoga, Pre/Post-Natal Yoga, and Sound Healing Therapy using Tibetan Singing Bowls.
