PIES Fitness Yoga Studio is located in Old Town, Alexandria, VA. We are an inclusive studio that welcomes all persons regardless of race, age, gender expression, sexuality, or religion. We host general yoga classes that are beginner and advanced friendly, with a specialization in yoga therapy and trauma sensitive yoga.
